Location: Bangalore (On-site)

As an Art Director, you’ll lead a team of talented designers to create engaging brand experiences. From concept development to final execution, your role will be at the heart of every creative project. If you’re driven by bold ideas, a sharp design sense, and the desire to inspire others, this role is your opportunity to shine.

What you'll do :

Inspire & Lead:

- Guide a team of designers to create fresh, innovative concepts and campaigns.- Act as a creative visionary, ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.

Drive Projects:

- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and project managers to ensure timely, high-impact project delivery.- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure creative excellence is never compromised.

Shape Visuals:

- Review, refine, and approve creative designs, ensuring consistency, quality, and brand alignment.- Oversee every visual element of campaigns, ensuring they are engaging, clear, and impactful.

Strategize Smartly:

- Partner with stakeholders to develop creative strategies that support business goals.- Turn client briefs into compelling visual stories that exceed expectations.

Coach & Grow Talent:

- Mentor and guide designers, encouraging creativity, growth, and excellence.- Create a collaborative, open environment where ideas can flourish.

Stay Ahead of Trends:

- Stay current with design trends, tools, and innovations.- Introduce fresh ideas and best practices to keep creative work at the cutting edge.

What you'll bring :

Experience & Expertise:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.- 3+ years of experience in creative roles, including team leadership or senior design positions.- A strong portfolio showcasing branding, advertising, and digital campaign projects.

Design Mastery:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.- Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity.

Creative Mindset:

- Ability to think conceptually and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly.

Multitasking Pro:

- Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.- Attention to detail with a focus on delivering polished, high-quality work.

Bonus Points if you have any :

- Experience working with consumer-focused brands on creative projects.- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools.- Experience leading digital and social media campaigns.
