Creative Generalist

We’re looking for a Creative Generalist who can research, write, design, and create content across multiple formats. You’ll work on marketing materials, internal documentation, brand content, and more — with a strong focus on design and storytelling. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced startup environment where learning, creativity, and execution go hand in hand.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch topics and create clear, engaging written contentDesign visual assets such as flyers, posts, and logos using Canva or FigmaCreate content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms (using AI tools where needed)Apply design principles and maintain visual clarity across all creative workCoordinate webinars, marketing rollouts, and internal content initiativesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong writing and communication skills — ability to simplify complex ideas and engage audiencesGood understanding of design principles and graphic design basicsPrior experience in content creation or marketing writing (preferred, not mandatory)Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or AI video creation tools — expertise in at least oneWhat Matters to UsWe value high-quality output and high agency — the drive to take initiative, learn fast, and own your work. You don’t need to know everything from day one, but whatever you create should reflect creativity, care, and attention to detail.
