MISSIONS

Dans le cadre du développement de loffre touristique de notre partenaire tu assisteras le responsable dagence dans la mise en place de leur plan daction.

Pour ce faire, tes missions seront les suivantes :

Entretenir le contact avec une clientèle internationale par téléphone et par mail Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant leurs réservation de séjour Avec laide de ta responsable hiérarchique vous identifierez de nouveaux partenaires en accord avec la stratégie et les standards de lagence

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

Niveau BAC+2 validé Anglais B2 minimum Une première expérience dans le commerce ou dans le tourisme serait un plus Rigoureux/se, proactif/ve, capable de travailler aussi bien seul qu'en équipe A laise avec la relation client
