We are looking for a Marketing Lead who can grow our SaaS product sales by 2x within a year. We already boast of 15k+ traffic and trials to our software and need someone who can increase the conversion ratio to start with. You would be the one solving this piece of the puzzle for us.
As a Marketing Lead at our company, you will:
Improve conversion ratio for the product by at least 2x.
Drive our marketing end-to-end - both planning and execution.
Create marketing plan for the product sales growth, get approval for budget and timelines, and then implement the plan.
Achieve growth through effective campaigns in target channels - social media, Search, Content marketing, affiliate/influencer marketing, etc.
Identify and hire a small internal team, freelancers, small agencies, contractors and manage them
Prove us your results
Market research for competitors' products, customer demands
Report directly to CEO

You have to be passionate about achieving big, ambitious and hard working. We are willing to pay a premium for the right fit.
Skills and Experience
5-10 years of experience on SaaS product marketing where you have grown a software product sale by at least 2x over 2 years.
Very strong with Advanced Excel formulas and tools (Tableau and Power BI is a plus)
Demonstrated results in running successful marketing campaigns targeting conversions and awareness
Measure results with Google Analytics (GA4)
Experience in managing external agencies and contractors
