The senior Occupational Therapist is an important leadership role within the North Canberra Hospital acute team, responsible for the coordination and provision of day-to-day occupational therapy services to a range of patients within the acute hospital. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while collaborating with a close-knit, supportive multidisciplinary team.   In addition to a clinical workload, you’ll provide clinical supervision and mentorship to a motivated group of junior occupational therapists, supporting them to further grow their clinical skills and knowledge. You’ll have ready access to guidance from other senior clinicians, a Clinical Educator and the Director of Occupational Therapy, ensuring you’re well supported while you lead.
