Job Description
A minimum of 5-7 years of Exp required. Have to manage on-site construction, negotiate with subcontractors, provide training and work on cost estimation. Must be fluent in Hindi, English, & Malayalam. • Should have experience in the construction of High Rise Buildings• Have to manage on-site constructions crew• Have to be responsible for negotiating the contracts with subcontractors• Communicate with inspectors and architects• Meeting with construction managers• Coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors• Calculating the estimate• Should have completed B.tech in Civil/ Diploma in CivilSalary range : INR 30,000 upto 35,000.
