Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budgets.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings and ensure stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
  • Communicate project updates and key milestones to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the selection, configuration, and deployment of the EA tool.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to ensure effective use of the tool across teams.
  • Ensure that the implementation adheres to best practices and meets quality standards.
  • Conduct regular assessments and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Prepare and present project reports to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Manage and administer enterprise architecture tools, ensuring they are properly configured, maintained, and updated to support architecture initiatives.
  • Implement new enterprise architecture tools that align with the organization's needs and goals.
  • Customize and configure enterprise architecture tools to meet specific requirements and support various architectural frameworks and methodologies used within the organization.
  • Provide training and support to architecture team members and other users on how to effectively use the tools for architecture design, analysis, and documentation.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.


Required Skills

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on enterprise architecture or related IT tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to meet the demands of internal and external customers.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with specific EA tools (e.g., ArchiMate, Sparx EA, or similar).
  • Familiarity with IT governance frameworks and best practices.
