The role involves advising corporate clients, managing Canadian immigration matters, and ensuring full compliance with Canadian immigration laws and regulations.You’ll work closely with global teams and corporate stakeholders to provide strategic immigration solutions that enable workforce mobility and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide legal advice on Canadian immigration matters, including work permits, LMIA applications, intra-company transfers, permanent residence programs, and compliance.Oversee end-to-end case management to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory standards.Draft and review petitions, applications, and supporting legal documents for submission to Canadian authorities.Collaborate with cross-border teams to deliver practical, client-focused immigration solutions.Stay current on developments in Canadian immigration law, policy, and regulations.Mentor and guide case managers and associates on Canadian immigration procedures.Uphold FGI’s standards of service excellence through proactive communication and client support.Qualifications & SkillsActive license to practice immigration law in Canada (MANDATORY).3+ years of experience in Canadian corporate immigration law.In-depth understanding of Canadian immigration frameworks, processes, and compliance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage multiple client matters with attention to detail and urgency.Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities.Team-oriented professional with a client-centric approach.If you’re passionate about immigration law and want to work with a globally recognized firm that values expertise and innovation, we’d love to hear from you.Apply or reach out to us directly to explore this opportunity.
