We are looking for a Senior Executive | Assistant | Deputy Manager – Instrumentation, Projects who will be responsible for activities of the Projects function of our Site at Dahej.

Job Location - Dahej ,Bharuch

Qualification: - BE | BTech (I &C)) (only)

Experience:- 05 to 11 years

Job responsibility:

1. Instrumentation and Control Systems: Lead the design, Erection, Maintenance and optimization of Instrumentation and Control systems, including process control, measurement devices, distributed control systems (DCS), and programmable logic controllers (PLC).2. Process Automation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance process automation, control strategies, and data acquisition systems. Identify opportunities for automation improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.3. Reliability and Maintenance: Oversee the reliability of instrumentation and control systems, conducting regular inspections, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. The job involves efficient co-ordination Operation / Process teams, vendors, contractors. The engineer will be responsible for commissioning support required in a chemical plant, maintenance until the facility is handed over to end user.4. Project Management: Lead or participate in instrumentation engineering projects from concept development to implementation. This includes designing instrumentation systems, specifying instruments and managing project budgets and schedules.5. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all instrumentation and control systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, agencies for calibrations, statutory approvals and Audit Teams.6. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate instrumentation and control system failures and operational issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.7. Documentation: Maintain detailed records, including instrumentation drawings, technical specifications, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
