Job Title: Finance Manager Experience Required: Minimum 10 years Location: Dubai, UAE Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial health and operations of our organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and compliance, with a strong understanding of UAE regulations and international accounting standards. Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the companys goals. Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Generate and analyze financial reports, including P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws, GCC regulations, and IFRS standards. Implement robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks and enhance accuracy. Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes. Monitor and optimize operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency. Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Manage company investments, oversee cash flow, and maintain banking relationships. Present financial insights and performance metrics to senior management. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields (Masters preferred). Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, or CFA are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT laws, GCC financial regulations, and IFRS. Proficiency in financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks. Exceptional analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills. Experience in industries like construction is a plus.
