Our store will be a self-browsing haven , designed to encourage discovery and delight without the pressure of a traditional sales floor. Every display, fixture, and lighting detail will tell a story and invite interaction, blending the artistry of jewellery with the excitement of technology.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Creative Visual Merchandiser. The Creative Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually appealing window displays, designing in-store layouts, implementing seasonal themes, and ensuring products are showcased to maximize sales. This role involves close collaboration with the sales and marketing team to align visual merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns and promotional activities. The candidate will also regularly analyze store layouts and customer feedback to optimize visual displays. Conducting market research to stay current with industry trends and best practices is a key part of this role.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated proficiency in design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling and mood boards.
  • Operational awareness with the ability to manage materials, specifications, sourcing, and vendor coordination effectively.
  • A keen eye for detail and passion for spatial storytelling through product, space, and light.
  • 1–4 years of experience in visual merchandising or spatial design, preferably within the fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle retail sectors.
  • Based in Bangalore, with a strong appreciation for visual culture and a refined aesthetic sensibility.
