Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Analyst to independently manage the preparation, review, and filing of US tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships. This role is essential to maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations, resolving tax notices, and supporting tax audits. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of US tax regulations, experience with tax software and a proven ability to handle complex tax issues, including direct interactions with the IRS and state tax authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate should have the experience related in Business Returns.Manage the full cycle of tax assignments, from planning to completion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely filing.Research and analyse tax issues to identify solutions that support compliance and tax planning.Prepare and review US corporate, partnership, and international tax forms.Address and resolve IRS and state tax notices, ensuring compliance and minimizing client exposure to penalties.Communicate directly with IRS and state tax authorities to manage audits, resolve issues, and handle queries.Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams, providing updates and building effective relationships.Train, supervise, and guide junior team members, keeping them informed on changes in tax law and best practices.Drive process improvements, including automation and technology implementation.Meet client KPIs for quality, budget, and timeliness to minimize escalations and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications:

Education: CPA ,B. Com , M. Com, MBA Finance, or a related field.Certification: Enrolled Agent (EA), or similar professional certification.Experience: Minimum 2 years in US tax preparation, including individual, corporate, and partnership filings.Technical Skills: Proficiency in tax/accounting software.Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of IRS regulations, US GAAP, and state and federal tax rules.Experience handling IRS and state tax notices, audits, and resolutions.Ability to handle multiple complex projects independently in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.Excellent communication, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
