Position:
* Asst. Manager / Manager 7 to 10 years of experience
* Sr. Executive 3 to 5 years of experience
* Location: Chennai
* No. of Openings: 2 (1 per role)
Job Summary
As part of the Approval Coordination Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that architectural and structural drawings meet all necessary CMDA, DTCP, Fire, EIA, and other NOC/approval regulations, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution and timely approvals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure all designs adhere to CMDA/DTCP norms and updated local building regulations.
2. Drawing Coordination
Coordinate and review architectural, structural & MEP drawings.
Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and product teams to ensure compliance and design efficiency.
3. Documentation & Submission
Prepare and submit required documents to relevant authorities.
Follow up on approval statuses and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Quality Control
Conduct thorough checks on drawings for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain standardization across all documentation and submissions.
Qualifications:
Education: D.C.E. / B.E. in Civil / B.Arch or related field.
Experience:
*3- 5 years for Sr. Executive role
*7- 10 years for Asst. Manager/Manager role
*Experience with CMDA / DTCP approval processes is mandatory.
Skills:
*Proficient in AutoCAD and drawing software
*Strong knowledge of local building codes & development regulations
*Excellent communication & project coordination skills
*Eye for detail and ability to manage multiple timelines
