About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
International Admissions Telesales Officer
to join our team at The Global Avenues. This role focuses on student admissions for
European universities
, requiring excellent communication skills, sales acumen, and a proactive attitude. If you are passionate about helping students achieve their academic dreams abroad, this opportunity is for you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to international student admissions.
  • Promote and explain European university programs to prospective students and parents.
  • Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful admissions.
  • Prepare and maintain
    daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
    .
  • Work independently while aligning with company policies and sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan outreach campaigns and improve lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in telesales, preferably in international education or admissions.
  • Excellent English communication skills
    (spoken and written).
  • Proficient in
    Microsoft Office tools
    (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to prepare and deliver impactful
    presentations
    .
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Goal-oriented and motivated to
    drive results and business growth
    .
