This role is pivotal in driving financial strategy ensuring operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the organization. Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives.Oversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes.Manage accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable and receivable.Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting including monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.Supervise financial analysis and reporting to identify trends opportunities and risks.Lead the annual audit process and manage relationships with external auditors.Manage cash flow and treasury functions including banking relationships and investments.Implement and maintain effective internal controls and compliance procedures.Provide financial leadership and support to crossfunctional teams.Manage and develop a highperforming finance team.Accountabilities

Achievement of financial targets and objectives.Accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.Effective management of financial resources.Development and retention of a skilled finance team.Strong collaboration with crossfunctional teams.Risk mitigation and management.Qualifications

A proven track record in a similar finance leadership role preferably in the food industry or Manufacturing is a

MUST.Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.Expertise in accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficiency in financial systems and software.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.Required Soft Skills for Finance Controller
