Job Description

Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, due diligence, and valuation assessments for potential M&A targets, including financial modeling, synergy analysis, and risk assessment. Support the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and integration planning, while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to facilitate smooth transaction processes and address any potential issues or challenges. Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and other materials for internal stakeholders and external parties, highlighting key insights and recommendations. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to identify potential M&A opportunities and inform equity finance strategies. Assist in the evaluation and execution of equity financing initiatives, including public offerings, private placements, and debt issuances, to optimize capital structure and support growth initiatives. Develop and maintain relationships with external advisors, investment banks, and other relevant parties to enhance deal sourcing and execution capabilities. Support post-transaction activities, including integration efforts, performance monitoring, and synergy realization, to maximize value creation for the company and its stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

MBA or advanced degree preferred. with 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or related fields, with a proven track record of executing M&A transactions and equity finance initiatives. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions to complex problems.
