Key Responsibilities :
- Perform hands on scrum master / project management role such as development of project plans.
- Scheduling and planning, monitoring and status reporting against planned deliverables, benefits and milestones, resource and program tracking, development and management of risk, issue, and action logs.
- Build and maintain successful partnerships with global HR Services teams, HR stakeholders and key business sponsors across the globe.
- Using own initiative to develop or improve project management processes and tools.
- Ensure project tools, best practices and lessons learned are documented.
- Implement the necessary reporting and governance arrangements to ensure effective management controls are established to oversee the operation.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders - technical and business clients, HR functions, and all levels of employees.
- Strong communication and change management skills to collaborate with onshore and offshore stakeholders.
- Experience presenting to and building relationships with leadership.
- Build Strong Partnerships: Across multiple cross-functional leaders and teams.
- Producing executive communication, dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
- Identify, escalate, and manage project risks along with mitigations controls.
- Experience in end-to-end financial management - plan, forecast, actual - function, portfolio, and program/project levels.( good to have)
- Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
- Work with service delivery teams to manage the functional and portfolio pipeline. Also, to drive data accuracy.
- Drive improvements in Standards, consistency, effectiveness and efficiency of service delivery processes and tools
- Conduct program/project health checks to help assure program/project delivery including for example artifact, gate reviews, and monitoring for delivery to scope, time, and cost.
- Work with the global resource and vendor management teams on staff and vendor requirements and reporting.
Required Experience :
- 8+ years of experience
- Experience leading IT projects as scrum master / project manager.
- Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
- Work with and coordinate between multiple internal IT functions and external suppliers, virtually and across different geographies.
- Experience working with business partners in multiple affiliates.
- Experience with Agile and/or SAFe.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and project management tools.
- Good learning ability regarding technologies and business processes.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, collaboration, and teamwork.
- Strong communication written and verbal.
- Strong presentation, coordination, decision making and multi-tasking skills .
- Self-motivated to priorities and complete multiple tasks without direct supervision.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances, priorities.
- Familiar with good system security and privacy practices.
- Experienced leading and managing external service providers.
- Experience of working within remote teams.
Essential Skills :
- Hands on experience in scrum master role (scrum roles, RnR, Scrum events, backlog, helping team to understand the scrum value, coaching the team on agile / scrum etc)
- Experience in creating dashboards, highlighting the risks within the project, stakeholder management
- Effective analytical, problem solving and investigative skills.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical business partners.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve issues across geographical and cultural boundaries.
- In depth knowledge of one or more business areas is desirable.
- Evidence of creativity, pro activity and influencing skills.
Desirable Skills :
- Certificates relevant to the role ( Ex: Scrum Master, SAFe, ITIL, Six Sigma).
- Experience with O365 suite of tools.
- Experience with Agile Project Management Tooling such as Jira and Confluence.
