- 5+ years of experience in database administration, with a strong focus on SQL Server.

- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

- Experience with database design and optimization.

- Proficiency in T-SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.

- Experience with database clustering and high availability solutions.

- Strong understanding of database backup and recovery strategies.

- Ability to analyze and resolve complex database issues.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.

- Knowledge of cloud-based database services (AWS RDS, Azure SQL).
