Role Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Back Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing consultancy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, client coordination, and learning about the financial services industry. You’ll play a key part in helping our Founder, Rinku Bafna , focus on client advisory and business expansion by managing administrative and support tasks efficiently. Job Description Maintain and update client records (digital and paper-based). Assist in preparing policy documents, investment summaries, and client reports. Coordinate with clients for renewals, documentation, and follow-ups. Manage daily office communications — phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
