Core Areas

The candidate should have experience in

  • Understand regulatory matters relating to Non -Food products and approval for Private Label categories like Electronics, Home, Toys, Baby products, Beauty and personal care by checking for applicable regulatory requirements, specifications of the products, validating claims and support in designing the labels in compliance with Legal Metrology.
  • In-depth understanding on BIS (CRS, ISI, BEE) and its Framework and Environmental laws (E-Waste, Plastic waste, Air & Water consent order etc)
  • Preferably have exposure towards responding to communications, notices, challans from various Regulatory and Government Agencies/authorities

Qualification

Preferably LLB, Any Graduate with relevant Post qualification experience
