Software Engineer team is responsible for developing a revolutionary finance marketplace product including the design, user experience, and business logic to ensure that the product is easy-to-use, appealing, and effective. Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full software life-cycle and development of front-end & back-end systems.
  • Writing high-quality code, participating in code reviews, designing/architecting systems of varying complexity and scope.
  • Identify libraries and technologies worth experimentation.
  • Help in Build innovative solutions from scratch and liaise with architects and engineers to build solutions.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and make pragmatic engineering decisions in a short amount of time.
  • Experience with Agile Development and Scrum methodologies.
  • 1-3years of relevant hands-on software engineering experience doing software design and development.
  • Excellent understanding of relational database structures, having knowledge of unstructured databases (NoSQL) will be an added advantage.
  • Proven experience of working on back-end web frameworks like Java (preferable), Spring boot (preferable), RoR or Python/Django or Node.js .
  • Expertise in object-oriented design, unit testing, integration testing, data structures, algorithms, scalable APIs, etc.
  • Good to have like kafka, redis and AWS/GCP components.





Requirements
Required Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience in MLOps, DevOps, or a related software engineering role. Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python (FastAPI) for backend development. Strong proficiency in Redis, NATS, Dragonfly, context and cached management. Strong proficiency in MongoDB, SQLite or any database. Solid experience with Docker and containerization. Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS or K3S) for deployment and operations. Practical experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, EKS, ECR, S3, CloudWatch). Experience with CI/CD pipelines. Preferred Qualifications (Added Advantages): Exposure to frontend development (e.g., React). Familiarity with Voice AI Architecture (ASR/TTS/LLM) or telephony systems. Experience with LLM serving frameworks Exposure to campaign management or outbound dialer systems.
