Seeking applications for Management Trainee – People Energy Process (HR) position in our organisation with immediate joining.

This role will be an integral part of the People Capability Building Team, and will be contributing to the Talent Assurance process ensuring quality hiring, onboarding, training and development of new employees. The individual will also lead the HRBP role for designated departments.
Location is Navi Mumbai, Mahape.
Job Description:
·Build Talent pipeline proactively for business-critical roles as per strategic workforce plan.
·Drive the recruitment processes for positions handled, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities.
·Job posting, CV screening, conducting initial telephonic HR round, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling
·Profile resumes through Job portals and Social Media.
·Ensure proper onboarding of the candidates. (First 90 Days)
·Creating talent pool pipeline of talents for future reference.
·Design and deliver business specific analytics and presentations to inform and influence the business.
·Driving the hiring and onboarding process on HRMS platform
·Planning CDP and Goal Setting of the respective BU
Skills and Knowledge Required:
- Self-starter with excellent time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge on psychometric tools, counselling
- IT skills and Excel
- Excellent communication, collaboration, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Training: The trainee will he hand held, guided and trained in depth on Recruitment methodologies, HRMS software and related tools.
Qualification : MBA in HR . (Preferred Bachelors in Engineering/ Psychology / Chemistry)
