Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Delivery Manager for Automation - Cloud and Infra Services at DigitalXC AI. The Delivery Manager will oversee project delivery, ensuring the successful implementation of automation across cloud services and infrastructure. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of our automation solutions with client systems. Key responsibilities include program management, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving to meet project goals efficiently.
Salary
This job is budgeted for 20L - 25L p.a. based on the experience and their qualification
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in supporting Cloud and Infrastructure services within large Service Provider environments.
Proven expertise in Managed Services engagements , collaborating with global Service Providers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Well-rounded knowledge across multiple functions in Cloud and Infrastructure services with a solid understanding of Cloud concepts and services .
3+ years of experience in Automation across Infrastructure domains with strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and DevOps practices .
6+ years of project management experience , driving end-to-end delivery and governance for large-scale programs.
Strong people management skills , with the ability to lead and mentor teams of 10–12 members .
- Experienced in conducting monthly and quarterly governance meetings with senior customer stakeholders, ensuring alignment on performance, improvements, and business outcomes
