Responsibilities:


As an Odoo ERP Developer, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, coding, testing, and deploying high-quality Odoo modules and applications to meet business requirements.
  • Integrating Odoo with various third-party applications, systems, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
  • Configuring and maintaining the Odoo system settings, user roles, access controls, and security protocols to optimize system performance.
  • Managing and optimizing the Odoo database, ensuring data integrity, availability, and reliability.
  • Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues and bugs within the Odoo environment to ensure a smooth user experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and quality assurance, to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for Odoo modules, customizations, and integrations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and developments within the Odoo ecosystem to propose innovative solutions and enhancements.


Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Odoo ERP Developer, with a strong track record of successful module development, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and hands-on experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and customization tools.
  • Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and experience in database design, optimization, and management.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate Odoo with external systems using APIs and third-party tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
  • Proficient in creating clear and concise technical documentation.
  •  Ability to work independently, manages time effectively, and delivers high-quality results with minimal supervision.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
