Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for a Senior Engineer / Manager specializing in Injection Moulding. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing engineering management tasks, leading a team, managing software development, and handling project management and integration tasks. Key daily responsibilities will include coordinating production schedules, ensuring quality control, and working closely with R&D to implement innovative solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Engineering Management and Team Leadership
  • Experience in Software Development and Project Management
  • Integration expertise
  • Understanding of injection moulding processes and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in the medical device industry is a plus
