Experience Level: 2-3 years About the Role: We are seeking a talented Visual Designer with a strong foundation in UI/UX design to join our team in Bangalore. You will be responsible for creating visually compelling and functional designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media, while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints to create seamless user experiences that align with our brand vision. Key Responsibilities: Digital Design: Create aesthetic yet functional designs for websites, apps, social media platforms, and other digital channels, ensuring an intuitive and engaging user experience. Brand Consistency: Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all digital and physical platforms. Design Systems: Build and manage comprehensive design systems for scalable and cohesive digital experiences. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that communicate design concepts effectively to the development and product teams. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality designs that meet business goals and technical feasibility. Cross-Platform Design: Ensure design consistency and adaptability across various platforms, including web, mobile, and social media. Motion Design: Incorporate motion and interaction design to enhance user engagement where necessary. Attention to Detail: Ensure all design elements are pixel-perfect and align with the overall user experience and brand vision. Research & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously innovate and enhance designs. Required Qualifications: Experience: 2-3 years of experience in visual design, specifically for digital mediums such as apps, websites, social media, and brands. Education: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Tools: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Miro, and Blender. Skills: - Strong wireframing and prototyping skills. - Experience with motion design and interaction design principles. - Knowledge of cross-platform design, including web, mobile, and social media. - Good communication skills with the ability to present design concepts clearly. - High attention to detail in delivering high-quality designs. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to iterate based on feedback and data. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to effectively communicate design intent to developers.
