Overview :

We are in search of an experienced SAP Functional Support Consultant with a focus on the FICO (Financial Accounting and Controlling) module. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years of dedicated SAP experience, particularly in FICO. This role requires a deep understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes, as well as proficiency in ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ticketing tools. Additionally, cross-functional knowledge in MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), and WM (Warehouse Management) modules is essential for this position.

Responsibilities :Provide functional support for the SAP FICO module, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and enhancement implementation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions.Utilize a thorough understanding of Incident Management and Change Management processes to effectively address issues and implement changes within the FICO module.Utilize cross-functional knowledge in MM, SD, and WM modules to facilitate integrated SAP solutions and resolve complex business issues.Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct analysis, and propose SAP FICO solutions that align with business objectives.Conduct regular system monitoring and maintenance activities to ensure the stability and performance of the SAP FICO environment.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures within the FICO module.Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP FICO functionality.

Requirements :Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Good hands-on experience in SAP, specifically in the FICO module.Proficiency in Incident Management and Change Management processes.Experience with ServiceNow or BMC Remedy ticketing tools for incident management.Cross-functional knowledge in MM, SD, and WM modules.Strong understanding of SAP FICO functionalities, including financial accounting, controlling, asset accounting, and financial reporting.Experience in configuring, customizing, and troubleshooting SAP FICO master data, transactions, and integration with other SAP modules.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex issues.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.SAP certification in FICO module is a plus.
