About the Role

We're looking for a Content Creator who is first and foremost a videographer, with the ability to also edit and polish short-form content for social platforms. This role is quality-first, meaning fewer, more impactful pieces over volume. You will work under the guidance of the Video Specialist, supporting shoots, edits, and occasionally anchoring content on camera.


Responsibilities
  • Shoot high-quality short-form videos (reels, shorts, product showcases, behind-the-scenes).
  • Edit and polish videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Support the Video Specialist in storyboarding, shoots, and post-production.
  • Experiment with on-camera anchoring/voiceovers when needed.
  • Stay updated on social media formats & trends to ensure content relevance.
  • Ensure every output aligns with the brand's tone, quality, and storytelling needs.
Requirements
  • 0–2 years of content creation experience (internships/freelance projects accepted).
  • Strong videography skills (camera handling, framing, lighting basics).
  • Working knowledge of editing software (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
  • Comfort with appearing on camera / anchoring when required.
  • Eye for detail and ability to deliver polished, quality-driven outputs.
  • Creative mindset with willingness to learn under senior guidance.
