Document Validation/Classification Specialist , you will be responsible for reviewing and validating data extracted from invoices and other documents using the UiPath Document Validation Screen. You will also review and classify invoices and other documents utilizing the UiPath Document Classification Screen. Your duties will include ensuring the accurate matching of data between physical invoices and digitized documents, making necessary corrections and adjustments as needed to maintain precision and consistency in the documentation process.

Review and classify invoices and other documents using the UiPath Document Classification Screen.
Ensure accurate matching of data between physical invoices and digitised documents, making corrections and adjustments as needed.
Work closely with the Document Understanding model to improve data extraction accuracy and reduce manual validation needs over time.
Maintain detailed records of validation activities and outcomes, reporting any discrepancies or issues to the Automation Support Team.
Collaborate with the Automation Support Team to troubleshoot any technical issues with the UiPath platform.
Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in document validation.
Assist in training new users on the UiPath Document Validation Screen as needed.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies regarding the handling of financial documents.
Requirements
Gear Up with Automation Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Administration or Finance is a plus.
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on data entry or document processing.
Familiarity with UiPath or similar robotic process automation (RPA) tools is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify discrepancies in data.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in finance or accounting-related roles.
Previous experience working with Document Understanding or document digitisation projects.
Basic understanding of machine learning models and their application in document processing.
