In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Work closely with Business to gather requirements, map them in Oracle Apps, manage gaps, and effectively communicate functional details to end-users.  Implement Oracle customizations, Localizations,Conversions and Interface for R12 E-Business Suite. Develop project management testing documentation as required.  Provide post-go-live support for the customizations of multiple functional modules. Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution. Work with a Global distributed teams.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Proficient experience spanning 8-10 years in Oracle ERP, minimum 7 + years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite in Oracle Applications Release 12 implementations in SCM and Procurement areas. Must have hands-on development experience in most of Oracle development toolset – including PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports Experience in basic business processes such as: Order To Cash (O2C), Procure To Pay (P2P) Working experience with PL/SQL, Data Loader, Oracle Reports, XML Publisher Reports, OAF Experience in systems analysis, capturing user requirements, and understanding and interpreting requirements. Validated history of successful Implementations and problem-solving skills Strong analytical skills to articulate Business scenarios to Oracle EBS functionalities.  Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineering. Ability to lead change and alignment on new concepts and approaches through persistence, self-motivation, follow-through, and commitment.  Great teammate who builds and maintains positive team member relations.  Able to manage and schedule multiple priorities and meet deadlines.  Ability to multi-task and context-switch between different activities and teams.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Management or equivalent Experience Oracle certifications if any will be added qualifications.
