Responsibilities Schema Administrator: Maintains security and integrity of schema Oversees modifications to schema Full disaster recovery plan and practice of schema recovery Enterprise Administrator: Creation and management of the forest Overall security and reliability of the forest Creation and removal of domains Management of trust relationship with other domains Full disaster recovery plan and practice of trust recovery Domain Administration: Creation and management of directory infrastructure Monitoring and reporting associated with the reliability and security of the domain Domain Controller Management Policy monitoring and compliance Secure remote administration of the DCs and member servers managed by the Infrastructure Group Manage group policy at root of domain and for Domain Controllers OU Manage the root Users and the root Computers OUs Install and manage security reporting tools used to monitor changes to the Active Directory Coordinate and configure alarm distribution to OU Admins for OU-related events Plan and manage all migrations and upgrades related to the AD or the DCs Ensure overall security and integrity of their managed OU hierarchy Group Policy Object (GPO) creation, troubleshooting, and management Publishing resource objects from their OU hierarchy in the Active Directory as applicable Manage Group Policy Object (GPO) links within their OU hierarchy, ADMX File Management Configure and Manage DHCP and DNS Day to day Troubleshooting related to DHCP and DNS Creation/deletion of static DNS records/zones on Active Directory integrated & standalone DNS servers Implementation of aging/scavenging on different domains DNS server Health check Troubleshooting operational AD issues reported by users/application owners & SCOM system alerts Promotion/decommission of Domain Controllers Plan and implement migrations / upgrades / Updates / patching Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) management PKI infrastructure management, Certificate infrastructure management Infrastructure health monitoring, Backup and restore MS Azure: Tenant Administration, Identity Management, AAD Sync, Sentinel, Conditional Access, MFA, Modern Authentication, Azure B2C Tenants Incidents, Problems & Service request resolution adhering to SLA Implementation of system change requests and releases Perform Root cause analysis & Impact assessments Understanding, analysis and timely resolution of issues faced during System Configuration/ support cycles Minimum Educational Qualification Required: Graduate (BE/B-tech/MCA/BCA) Minimum Experience Required: 10 to 14 years Required Skills MS Active Directory and MS Azure XQuest AD Manager/Active Roles Server XActive Directory Federation Services (ADFS) XDNS, DHCP and IPSEC, InfoBlox XNetworking, Firewall and Security XOperating System Win10, Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 XScripting experience – VB, PowerShell XAD rights management – NTFS/Share Permissions, inheritance XOS virtualization knowledge (VMWare Workstation, Hyper-V) XDesktop virtualization – Citrix/ ThinApp/ZenApp experience XPatch Management with SCCM, WSUS, third party XMCTS (Microsoft certified Technology Specialist- MCSE and ITIL V3 Training / Certification) XGood understanding of On Prem AD, Azure Entra ID as Cloud technologies XConditional Access Policy Management PKI, Microsoft CA, Certificate knowledge (High Proficiency)
