Job description Key Responsibilities: Student Counseling: Counsel students on educational programs, courses, and career options based on their interests and goals.Assist students in selecting suitable courses or universities. Admissions Guidance: Provide comprehensive information about admissions requirements, application deadlines, and processes.Support students in preparing application materials such as essays, recommendation letters, and resumes. Career Planning: Guide students in identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and career interests.Offer resources and tools for career exploration and decision-making. Documentation and Follow-ups: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and interaction notes.Follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure timely decision-making. Workshops and Presentations: Conduct seminars, webinars, or workshops on career opportunities, study abroad programs, and other relevant topics.Represent the organization at education fairs and other events. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, and universities.Collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational goals.
