Quality Manager

Responsibilities:
- Develop and Document Quality Manuals.- Conduct audits with the engineering team vis-à-vis Quality Manuals.- Train engineering team on quality procedures and manuals.- Collect in-process data from systems used by engineering teams.- Create Dashboards and present to senior management.- Analyze in-process data and highlight outliers, suggest corrective actions.- Interface with External Audit teams.- Suggest process improvements and drive their implementation.
Requirements and Skills:
- Certified ISO and CMMI Auditor- Proven experience as a quality manager.- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards.- Ability to develop automation scripts to collect and collate data from multiple sources to create reports for management- Excellent analytical skills to analyze the data and predict the outcome based on available
information
- Proficient in MS Office.- Conscientious and responsible.- A keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach.- Outstanding communication skills.- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
