Key Responsibilities :

Solution Design and Demonstration :

- Work closely with sales teams to understand client requirements and design custom Krber HighJump WMS solutions.

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations to prospective clients.

- Develop Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase solution capabilities.

Technical Expertise :

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Krber HighJump WMS, providing technical insights and recommendations.

- Understand and articulate the technical architecture, integration capabilities, and scalability of HighJump solutions.

Client Engagement :

- Collaborate with clients to gather detailed requirements and translate them into solution specifications.

- Address technical queries and objections during the sales process.

Proposal Development :

- Develop and deliver tailored proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and cost estimates for Krber HighJump implementations.

- Work with internal teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of proposed solutions.

Market Intelligence :

- Stay updated on supply chain trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in Krber HighJump solutions.

- Provide feedback to the product team for future enhancements.

Collaboration :

- Partner with implementation teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery.

- Support marketing teams in creating collaterals, case studies, and whitepapers.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience :

- Minimum 5-7 years in presales or consulting roles within the supply chain domain.

- Proven expertise in Krber HighJump WMS implementation and configuration.

Skills :

- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.

- Proficiency in Krber HighJump tools and modules.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

- Ability to create technical documentation and solution blueprints.
