Job Summary

We are hiring a strategic MIS / Data Analyst to work directly with the CEO of our growing education organisation (₹10 Cr+ turnover).
This is a high-visibility, full-time role for someone with strong Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and mathematical problem-solving skills.
Experience with Google Apps Script / JavaScript automation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for business operations and financials.
  • Build dashboards and automation in Google Sheets/Excel to simplify reporting.
  • Work on data analysis projects to support CEO in decision-making.
  • Use Google Apps Script / JavaScript to automate workflows and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate with departments (sales, operations, accounts) to gather accurate data.
  • Present clear, actionable insights for management and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros).
  • Strong mathematical and analytical mindset.
  • Familiarity with Google Apps Script / JavaScript (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Prior experience in MIS / Data Analytics / Reporting in companies ₹10 Cr+ turnover is an advantage.
  • Ability to work under deadlines, independently and strategically with the CEO.
