If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Business System Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).Current Salesforce Administrator Certification4+ years of Business Analysis experience, including:Led or performed a major role in Discovery WorkshopsProduce AS-IS and TO-BE process flows in Visio, Lucid, etc.Identifying gaps and pain pointsElucidate requirements into User Stories and AcceptanceCriteria and gain client sign-offPrepare for and conduct Sprint End client demosWork with technical leads; onshore and offshoreUse Analytical and problem-solving skillsWrite Stories from Epics, run refinement sessions, drive daily stand ups,the Relationship Builder among Product Owner, Client and other project stakeholders.A minimum of 3 years:utilizing Salesforce Best Practicesknowing when to utilize configuration vs. custom code vs. App Exchange productworking within Agile development methodologyworking in JIRA, or similar Project Management tool3+ years of Salesforce.com experience, including:ConfigurationWorkflow/ Process Builder and FlowApproval ProcessesOrg Wide Sharing RulesRole hierarchy and User ProfilesData migration using Data Loader or Data.ioReports and Dashboards CreationPreference Qualifications:Salesforce App Builder, Service Cloud or Sales Cloud ConsultantCertificationAgile cert (SAFe, IIBA, PMI, etc.)Superior written and verbal communicationStrong understanding of CRM functional knowledgePrior experience with multiple system integrations and data field mappingExperience in User Acceptance Testing and End-User Training.About NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
