Preferred Education, Skills and Experience
Education Level: B.E. (Electronics & Communication or IT) with 3-4 Years experience in Networking or Telecom.
Certification : Preferred to be CCNA certified or atleast CCNA Trained.
Experience: Networking knowledge / Telecom knowledge is preferred.
Skills Required:
· Good Communication and interpersonal skills
· Experience in last mile access network and network elements routers
· Good understanding of telecom processes
· Basic understanding of telecom technologies such FTTB FTTN VDSL Copper GPON etc.
· Exposure of working on Provisioning configuration of Telecom services Readiness to work in shifts
· Experience in the design, configuration and telecom systems, hardware and software applications.
· Understanding of switching systems, cabling and fiber optics.
· Knowledge of network topology
· Cisco Platforms 78xx, 65xx, firewalls, routers, switches would be added advantage
· LAN, WAN, WLAN infrastructures
· Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, SMTP, NTP, SNMP, VoIP
· ATM, MPLS, Frame Relay, and Metro Ethernet.
