India’s Business Transformation practice is looking for a senior visualiser to own the design charter for this practice. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the practice’s internal communications efforts while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. If you are a creative thinker with a passion for design and a desire to make an impact, we'd love to hear from you
Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with various departments to understand their communication needs and develop creative solutions.
2. Design visually appealing presentations, infographics, and other materials for internal meetings, training sessions, and corporate events.
3. Assist in the creation and maintenance of internal communication channels, including newsletters, intranet content, and digital signage.
4. Ensure brand consistency across all internal communications materials and presentations.
5. Keep up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual communications.
6. Support the Senior Designers and Creative Directors in various design projects as needed.
7. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our internal communications strategy.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
3. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
6. A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating polished, professional designs.
7. Previous experience in internal communications or corporate design is a plus but not required.
