Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cloud CPQ Architect/Consultant with extensive knowledge of Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in support projects, CPQ cloud architecture, and implementation best practices.

They will be responsible for integrating Oracle CPQ Cloud with various CRM and ERP applications, utilizing middleware solutions, and developing complex use cases using BML programming language. The candidate should be well-versed in SDLC and Agile methodologies, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, mentoring, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle CPQ Cloud Implementation & Architecture :

- Lead and manage Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.

- Design and develop CPQ solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and performance.

- Provide expertise in Oracle CPQ Cloud module configuration, including Rules, Commerce Process, Pricing functionality, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, BML, BOM table and Mapping, BMQL, and Oracle/Salesforce CPQ APIs.

Integration with CRM & ERP Applications :

- Integrate Oracle CPQ Cloud with CRM and ERP systems such as Salesforce, Oracle Marketing Cloud (OMC), Oracle Subscription Cloud, Oracle ERP, and middleware platforms like Mulesoft.

- Develop and manage integrations with third-party applications using RESTful and SOAP-based web services.

- Implement and manage external configurator integrations within Oracle CPQ Cloud.

Programming & Technical Expertise :

- Utilize BML programming language to develop complex use cases and integrate them with third-party applications.

- Design and implement configuration layout designs and pricing engines in Oracle CPQ Cloud.

- Employ web technologies like CSS, HTML/XHTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript, JSON for customization and integration purposes.

Data Management :

- Manage bulk data uploads/downloads and data table configurations within Oracle CPQ Cloud.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the CPQ system.

Project Management & SDLC :

- Participate in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process, from requirements gathering to deployment.

- Apply Agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.

Documentation & Best Practices :

- Adhere to industry-standard documentation practices to ensure project consistency and quality.

- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for CPQ configurations, integrations, and customizations.

Customer Focus & Team Collaboration :

- Work closely with customers to understand their business requirements and deliver CPQ solutions that exceed their expectations.

- Act as a mentor and team player, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.

Flexibility & Results Orientation :

- Adapt to changing project requirements and demonstrate flexibility in your approach.

- Maintain a results-oriented mindset, driving projects to successful completion.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle CPQ Cloud architecture and implementation.

- Proven experience in support projects and Oracle CPQ Cloud best practices.

- Strong expertise in integrating Oracle CPQ Cloud with CRM and ERP applications.

- Proficiency in BML programming language, REST/SOAP web services, and web technologies (CSS, HTML/XHTML, XML, XSL, JavaScript, JSON).

- Experience with middleware platforms like Mulesoft and other third-party applications.

- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.

- Excellent communication, customer focus, and team collaboration skills.

- Ability to mentor junior team members and lead by example.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certification in Oracle CPQ Cloud or related technologies.

- Experience with Oracle Subscription Cloud, Oracle ERP, and Salesforce.

- Familiarity with external configurators and their integration within Oracle CPQ Cloud
