Job Description :


We are seeking a talented and motivated PL/SQL Developer with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in PL/SQL programming and a solid understanding of the capital markets domain. This role will involve developing, optimizing, and maintaining PL/SQL code to support our financial applications and data processing needs.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and Maintain PL/SQL Code : Design, code, and maintain PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and triggers to support application functionality and data integration.

- Database Optimization : Perform performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and PL/SQL code to ensure efficient execution and resource utilization.

- Capital Markets Knowledge : Apply your understanding of capital markets to develop and enhance solutions for trading, investment management, risk assessment, and other financial activities.

- Data Analysis and Reporting : Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support business analysis and decision-making processes.

- Troubleshooting and Debugging : Identify and resolve issues related to PL/SQL code, database performance, and application functionality.

- Collaboration : Work closely with other developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

- Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for PL/SQL code, database structures, and procedures to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing.

- Compliance and Best Practices : Adhere to industry best practices and company standards for database development, security, and data :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience : 2-3 years of experience in PL/SQL development, including hands-on experience with Oracle databases and related tools.

- Capital Markets Knowledge: Solid understanding of capital markets concepts, including trading, investment strategies, financial instruments, and market regulations.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in PL/SQL programming, SQL, and database design. Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SQL queries and PL/SQL code.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Team Player : Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the success of projects and overall team goals.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Financial Systems : Familiarity with financial systems or applications used in capital markets.

- Additional Tools : Experience with additional tools or technologies such as ETL processes, BI tools, or data warehousing solutions.
