Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Head based in Coimbatore. The Plant Head will be responsible for overseeing all plant operations, including production planning, managing production schedules, and ensuring quality control. Other responsibilities include budgeting, maintaining efficient production management, and ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards. The role requires collaboration with various departments to achieve production targets and continuous improvement of plant processes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Plant Operations and Production Management
  • Expertise in Production Planning and Scheduling
  • Experience with Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
  • Strong skills in Budgeting and Cost Management
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the plumbing or manufacturing industry is a plus
