Key Responsibilities Front-End Development: Design and develop responsive, interactive user interfaces using frameworks like React.Js, Angular, or Vue.Js. Implement efficient state management systems such as Redux or Context API. Collaborate with designers to transform prototypes from tools like Figma or Adobe XD into clean, maintainable front-end code. Back-End Development: Develop scalable APIs and microservices using frameworks such as Node.Js. Build secure, high-performance server-side infrastructure for data processing and API interactions. Implement robust authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth 2.0, or SSO solutions. Database Management: Design and optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for structured data management. Manage NoSQL databases (MongoDB) for unstructured data like document uploads and activity logs. Optimize queries to ensure high performance and low latency for data-heavy operations. Cloud & DevOps: Deploy and manage applications on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. Monitor system performance and implement scaling strategies to handle high traffic volumes. Security & Compliance: Ensure compliance with data protection regulations such as GDPR and implement secure data handling practices. Employ data encryption and other security best practices to safeguard sensitive information. Testing & Monitoring: Perform comprehensive unit, integration, and system testing using frameworks like Jest, Selenium, or PyTest. Monitor performance and identify bottlenecks using tools like New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, or ELK Stack. Qualifications and Skills Must-Have Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years in full-stack development, with a proven track record in building scalable web applications. Programming Expertise: Proficiency in JavaScript (Node.Js, React.Js), Python, or Java. AI/ML Integration: Familiarity with AI/ML tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. API Development: Expertise in developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints. Database Management: Proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
