What You'll Do

As a CRO Consultant, you'll transform insights into action and action into measurable results, guiding clients toward higher engagement and stronger ROI.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Preparing actionable insights and growth reports for leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Reviewing analysis from junior analysts and presenting refined findings to clients.
  • Coordinating internal teams, client teams, and technology partners for seamless project execution.
  • Creating detailed project plans and tracking progress against agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Managing changes to project scope, schedules, and costs with structured verification processes.
  • Measuring project performance using analytics tools and optimization KPIs.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors.
  • Delegating tasks effectively based on team members' strengths and experience.
  • Tracking and analyzing project outcomes to meet both short- and long-term growth goals.
  • Coaching and mentoring junior team members to elevate delivery quality.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in analytics, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead role.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Omniture), or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with enhanced eCommerce setup and GA audits.
  • Proficiency with A/B testing tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, or similar.
  • Proven success in improving conversion rates for websites and digital platforms.
  • Coding proficiency in R or Python for advanced data analysis.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong presentation skills for senior leadership audiences.
  • Familiarity with digital and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
