Job Role : Product Designer Intern (3-Month Project) Company: Stealth AI Startup Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru (On-site) Duration: 3 Months Start Date: Immediate We are a Stealth AI Startup building the next-generation global HR Tech platform. We are looking for a Product Designer Intern who is passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and wants to play a key role in shaping a 0→1 product . This is an opportunity to work directly with founders, contribute to foundational product decisions, and build the first version of a globally scalable product. Role Overview As a Product Designer Intern, you will take ownership of user research, wireframes, prototypes, and end-to-end product design workflows. You will work closely with the founding team to turn insights into elegant, intuitive, and functional product experiences. Key Responsibilities Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to understand user needs. Develop wireframes, user flows, and low/high-fidelity mockups. Build pixel-perfect UI designs and prototypes using Figma . Work with founders to define product requirements and iterate quickly. Apply UX best practices to create seamless and intuitive user journeys. Contribute to shaping Version 0 of a global HR Tech product. Requirements Currently studying or recently graduated from a top design school in India (NID, IIT IDC, Srishti, NIFT, MIT ID, IIIT Design, etc.). Strong fundamentals in UX design, UI design, and user research. Hands-on proficiency in Figma (mandatory). Ability to articulate design decisions clearly through documentation. Passion for early-stage product building, rapid prototyping, and iteration. Immediate availability for on-site work in HSR Layout, Bengaluru .
