The Role
You'll be our first Product Manager, architecting and shipping the foundational platform that transforms how businesses approach marketing operations. This isn't about incremental improvements to existing tools—you're building the operating system for AI-powered marketing teams.
What you'll build:
- AI Employee Orchestration Platform - The coordination layer that enables multiple AI agents to work together like a high-performing marketing team
- Closed-loop optimization systems - Real-time feedback mechanisms that continuously improve campaign performance
- Multi-platform execution engine - Unified interface for managing Facebook, Google, TikTok, and emerging advertising platforms
- Intelligent decision frameworks - AI systems that understand business context, budget constraints, and strategic objectives

Technical Product Leadership

- Comfortable working directly with engineers on complex technical challenges
Founder-Level Ownership
- Takes full ownership of product outcomes, not just deliverables
- Previous founding experience or early-stage leadership roles strongly preferred
- Comfortable being the product voice in customer conversations, investor meetings, and strategic decisions
