We're Hiring: Head – Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

As we scale and modernize our operations, we are looking for a dynamic Head of EHS to lead our safety, health, and environmental practices across plants.


Key Responsibilities

Lead and implement EHS policies, systems, and culture across foundry & die-casting operations.

Ensure statutory compliance under the Factories Act, Environmental regulations, OHS, and other applicable laws.

Drive safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations with corrective action planning.

Implement Occupational Health Centre (OHC) standards, employee health check-ups, and welfare measures.

Champion environmental sustainability initiatives (waste management, water usage, energy conservation).

Conduct regular safety training & awareness programs for all levels of employees and contract workforce.

Act as a key liaison with regulatory bodies and ensure timely documentation & reporting.

Build a zero-accident culture through proactive engagement with HODs and shop-floor teams.


Qualifications & Experience

Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Industrial) with Diploma in Industrial Safety / NEBOSH / relevant EHS certifications.

Minimum 10–15 years of EHS experience in foundry / die-casting / heavy manufacturing industries.

Strong knowledge of Factories Act, Environment Act, OHS, Fire Safety Standards.

Proven leadership in driving safety culture transformation.
