Position Overview

The Branding & Marketing Manager will lead branding, awareness, and communication strategies for Oncology Day Care Centres across North India. The role will also include driving the branding, marketing, and communication plan for new centre launches in the region.

This position will report to the Head Marketing - North.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive consistent brand identity across all centres (signage, collaterals, brochures, awareness material).

* Develop and execute an annual oncology campaign calendar with social media, PR, and creative agencies.

* Create branding, communication, and launch plans for new centres in North India covering pre-launch, launch, and post-launch visibility.

* Collaborate with the oncology medical team to create scientific yet patient-friendly content for awareness campaigns.

* Act as the primary liaison for social media, PR, and creative agencies, ensuring timely, on-brand execution.

* Manage branding audits, material availability, and vendor coordination.

* Establish KPIs, dashboards, and competitor benchmarking for brand visibility and campaign impact.

Key Skills & Competencies

* Strong expertise in healthcare branding and communication strategies.

* Experience in campaign management, PR, digital marketing, and centre launch branding.

* Leadership in managing agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

* Excellent communication, creative thinking, and project management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

* MBA/PGDM in Marketing/Healthcare Management/Communications.

* 6–12 years of experience in healthcare branding, hospital marketing, or pharma communications (oncology preferred).

* Proven track record in managing large-scale campaigns and centre launches.

* Willingness to travel across centres in North India.
