We are looking for Back-end (Python/Django) developers who have excellent algorithmic skills, who share our passion for innovation, and are ready to step out of their comfort zone and always give priority to creativity. During your tenure with us, you’ll be learning the ins and outs of how a startup functions with crazy targets, packed schedules, and endless growth.

Job Description:
As a back-end developer, you will be playing a multi-dimensional role working closely with the core team with work ranging from but not limited to -
1. Working with Django with PostgreSQL database to design, develop, and debug web applications, including django-admin frontend.2. Setting up crawlers to gather data from the web efficiently and saving them to the database securely for analytics and retrieval.3. Coming up with new ideas and implementing them to improve the performance (speed and accuracy) of our AI model, and automatic content generation algorithms.4. Develop or validate testing schedules, addressing all browsers and devices to ensure various computers can access content.5. Creating and maintaining software documentation.6. Working closely with the frontend developers for API integration, testing and debugging.7. Brainstorm new projects / designs
or work on existing pipelines to further improve the user experience, including but not limited to taking initiatives, brainstorming ideas, their implementation while collaborating with different departments in the Company.
Probation Duration: 1 months (Negotiable)
Salary During Probation: INR 40,000 per month
CTC Post Probation: INR 8 -10 LPA (Negotiable)
Please note that we’re looking for individuals who are passionate about travel, who are planning to build our early-stage venture with us, and who are willing to take up ownership of the company in what they do. We give preference to the people who are willing to take up multidimensional roles in Technology, have their vision aligned with the company, and are motivated enough to lead a small team of developers in the future.
Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (2-3 days in office per week)
Ǫualification and Experience:
1. 0 - 2 years of industry experience working on Django/Python based web applications.2. Knowledge of LLMs, GPT models and APIs, Gemini APIs, AI chatbots is a plus.3. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript.4. Candidates having some past working
experience in Django frontend, templates, views, Django architecture, and optimization of code will be given preference.5. Experience with browser based debugging, performance testing software and data analytics software.6. Good knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.7. Good Interpersonal skills * (A tie-breaker).
