The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who will coordinate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain our next-generation websites and web tools. You must be comfortable working as part of a team while taking the initiative to lead on innovations and projects.
Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive, responsive, visually appealing websites using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of UI/UX designs to bring wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to life with innovative animations and effects.
Implement modern front-end frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Ensure that all designs are consistent with brand guidelines and deliver an exceptional user experience.
Optimize web applications for speed and scalability.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
Debug and resolve front-end & back -end issues and bugs.
Integrate APIs and work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless functionality
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in front-end development.
Maintain and improve code quality, organization, and documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in front-end development with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and visually compelling websites.
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles and frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Experience working with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, colour theory, and layout design.
Understanding of web accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with animation libraries like GSAP or Framer Motion.
Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and task runners (Webpack/Gulp).
Basic understanding of graphic design principles and branding.
Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
