job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, skilled, and responsible Chief Dental Surgeon to independently manage and operate our dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality dental care, overseeing all clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental diagnosis, treatment planning, and procedures including preventive, restorative, cosmetic, and surgical treatments.
  • Manage all clinical operations efficiently and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
  • Supervise and mentor junior dental staff, if any, and coordinate their activities.
  • Prescribe and monitor appropriate dental treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and treatment documentation.
  • Ensure infection control protocols and sterilization procedures are strictly followed.
  • Keep updated with the latest dental practices, techniques, and innovations.

Requirements:

  • BDS/ MDS Degree from a recognized dental college.
  • Valid dental license to practice (State Dental Council registration).
  • Proven experience of at least (3years) performing dental procedures independently.
  • Manage clinic supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promote the clinic's services and facilities to attract new patients.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and professional standards.
  • Strong clinical skills across various dental disciplines.

Working Hours: (Specify hours, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

  • Excellent communication and patient management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle all clinic responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of dental software and record-keeping.
  • Ethical, professional, and patient-oriented attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,340.48 per month
